Terms of service

Effective October 2026

These terms apply when you subscribe to NAICS Alert ("we", "the service"). By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

NAICS Alert checks new contract opportunities published on SAM.gov, matches them to the profile you give us, and emails you a daily digest with a fit score, a short summary and a link to each original notice.

Subscription and billing

• The subscription costs $79 per month (plus any applicable tax), billed in advance through Stripe.
• It renews monthly until you cancel. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

Cancellation

Cancel any time by emailing support@naicsalert.com (or from your account, once available). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you keep receiving digests until then. We don't refund partial months.

Information only: verify everything on SAM.gov

• Digests are for information only. They are not legal, bidding or business advice.
• Notice data comes from SAM.gov and may be incomplete, changed or withdrawn after we send it. Fit scores and summaries are generated automatically, partly with AI, and can be wrong.
• We don't guarantee that the information is accurate or complete, that we'll find every relevant opportunity, or that you'll win any contract.
• Always read the original notice on SAM.gov and verify all details before bidding. Deadlines, requirements and eligibility in the notice govern, not our summary.

Not affiliated with the government

NAICS Alert is not affiliated with or endorsed by GSA, SAM.gov, or the U.S. Census Bureau. Verify all details on SAM.gov before bidding. Using NAICS Alert gives you no advantage or special status with any agency.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your profile accurate, including the certifications and size status you claim.
• Use the digests for your own business. Don't resell or republish them.

Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to send a digest every morning but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; SAM.gov or our providers may be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. We aren't liable for lost bids, lost profits or other indirect losses.
